In particular high-voltage lines for electric and hybrid vehicles, but also other coaxial cables, have now to be manufactured according to the strictest quality standards. It has swiftly proved necessary to find and apply new mechanical solutions for the processing of high-voltage lines and coaxial cables.<\/p>\n<p>It is for that reason that we have developed a new working principle for an exact cutting, retaining and guiding of those cables and we have called it the \u201cbe-ri SIX.TEC Principle\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rittmeyer-beri.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/SIX.TEC-Logo-e1577444910242.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rittmeyer-beri.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/SIX.TEC-Logo-300x149.jpg\" alt=\"Label be-ri SIX.TEC\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6711 size-medium\" title=\"Label be-ri SIX.TEC\" width=\"300\" height=\"149\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>All our be-ri machines, modules and devices showing this label are each set out with 6 cutting-, retaining-, press- or guiding elements, similar to an iris diaphragm.<\/p>\n<h3>The advantages of this principle are:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous adjustment of all diameters of the work area<\/li>\n<li>All iris tools are at the same work level<\/li>\n<li>Almost radial contact towards the cables and lines insulating layers<\/li>\n<li>Even distribution of the press-on forces<\/li>\n<li>Easy mechanical changes and infeed of the iris tools<\/li>\n<li>Also possible processing of complicated insulation materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This be-ri SIX.TEC Principle was presented for the first time in the stripping head<span style=\"color: #006d97;\"> <a href=\"\/downloads\/prospekte\/be-ri Prospekte\/deutsch, deutsch-englisch\/BERICOFLEX-g.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"color: #006d97;\">BERI.CO.FLEX<\/a><\/span> and has since then been successfully used in many other variants \u2013in machines but also in modules for example.
