All parts to be ultrasonically welded must be securely fixed.


In addition, the anvil must have sufficient mass so that the ultrasound can be effective. (For evidence that only little or possibly no ultrasound at all is coming across the anvil, please refer to the amplitude and frequency meter AFM 9.3 from our company.)


Reception tools for ultrasonic welding can be geometrically simple thrust bearings, depending on the requirement, or even very complex, multi-functional carrier systems as described in the illustration.
