We develop and manufacture standard- and special machines in particular for the wire-processing and medical engineering industries. In addition, we develop and build sonotrodes and an ultrasonic measuring head for ultrasonic welding.

A current focus of our developments in cable processing are machines and devices for assembling high-voltage cables for electric and hybrid vehicles.

New Operating Principle in the Foil- and Fabric Processing

Simplified Stripping of Coaxial and High-Voltage Cables

The thermo-module BERI.MOD.MAGIC partially damages – by means of induction – the foil and fabric of coaxial cables.

This simplifies the stripping in the following processing step. Thus, you skip a time-consuming manual removal of foils, and consequently you avoid reliably the risk of micro-injuries on the layers under the foil.

The thermo-module BERI.MOD.MAGIC has been integrated into the new BERI.MACH.MAGIC machine.
