BERI.MACH.MAGIC

Removing manually foils or films from cables, coaxial- and high-voltage cables, or from wire coatings is complicated and time-consuming. The cable sheath must be completely stripped beforehand, which may not be desirable for subsequent processes.

The thermo-module BERI.MOD.MAGIC has been integrated into the new BERI.MACH.MAGIC machine, so as to generate warmth by means of an electromagnetic alternating field.

By induction-heating the metallic parts within cables, for example those in the shielding, the adjacent thermoplastic layers are pre-damaged. This simplifies the precise stripping of foils, fabrics, or any other layered pieces.

The special feature is that this operating principle also works with non-stripped cables.

  • Thermo-Module BERI.MOD.MAGIC
  • Inductor-adapter Block
  • Oscillator
  • Cooling System
  • Control System etc.
