Naturally, we also develop and produce sonotrodes for the ultrasonic welding of fabric respiratory masks (15–20kHz).
Depending on the desired weld seam and the current production step, different geometric interpretations oft the sonotrodes may be necessary. In order to ensure the best welding results, high standards for both design and production must be met.
In most cases, steel ist the preferred material for sonotrodes used for production of face masks.
We at FEINTECHNIK R.Rittmeyer have been producing sonotrodes, many of which are used for processing plastic films and textiles, for over 40 years. Our sonotrodes are quenched and tempered in our own furnaces on-site, ensuring high-quality results as well as reducing delivery times.
