Our semi-automatic solutions for cable processing are specialized in clearly defined tasks: the precise processing of individual cable, insulation, and shielding layers.
Our machine portfolio is therefore best organized according to the layer to be processed. This results in the following areas of application, among others:
- Stripping silicone and plastic insulation (pneumatic and electric-rotary stripping machines)
- Cutting and processing copper braids
- Processing and removing shielding foils
- Removing outer tape from high-voltage cables
Each insulation and shielding layer has its own material properties and places different demands on the process. That is why a processing method tailored to it is crucial. Only then can the cable be processed precisely, in a controlled manner, and with the lowest possible risk to the underlying layers.
