Rotary Stripping Machine with Touchscreen and Recipe Management
The ALL.ROUND.AUTO is a cable stripping machine for comfortable, single-stage processing of round cables. Retrievable cable-specific processing programs and a barcode scanner enable clear selection of the appropriate cable recipe directly on the cable. This supports quick and safe switching between processing tasks. For multi-stage processing, the BERI.CO.AX is available.
The machine is available with a rotating 2-blade head (K1) or a 6-blade head (K2, SIX-TEC). The K1 can use the blades of the AM.ALL.ROUND, while the K2 is designed for precise cutting and stripping of sensitive cables such as high-voltage cables. Activation is optionally via sensor or foot switch; clamping force and waiting time for cable removal can be programmed.
The capacitive 5-inch touchscreen enables comfortable operation and management of the processing programs. A blow-out function supports clean processes. Data can be backed up via USB, the user interface can be switched between German and English as well as between millimeters and inches. A lock function with password verification protects settings and can also be used via the barcode scanner.
The ALL.ROUND.AUTO is maintenance-friendly and deliberately designed openly, so that additional functions can be realized upon customer request. If needed, it can be converted for partial stripping lengths of 630 or 1,000 mm.
Optional Extensions
| LAN Interface | The extension enables access to the machine via the local network. This allows reading the currently active recipe as well as managing recipe data and transmitting it directly to the machine. This can make processes more uniform, faster, and better traceable, especially where multiple workstations, machines, or recurring orders are in use.
