BERI.CO.AX – Multi-step stripping of industrial cables
Our BERI.CO.AX cable stripping machine is based on the proven SIX.TEC principle and offers you new possibilities for stripping a wide variety of cables thanks to its programmable iris blade system. The six iris blades enable precise and gentle removal of the insulation, individually adaptable to your requirements.
With flexibly positionable iris centring devices that can be placed either in front of or behind the blades, the machine adapts perfectly to different cable types. The iris clamp ensures a stronger clamping effect thanks to a larger contact surface and improved centring of the cable.

BERI.CO.AX allows you to program up to ten processing steps in a single recipe. This saves you a considerable amount of time, especially when working with multiple insulations. Different recipes can be processed automatically in sequence, allowing different cables and stripping processes to be carried out efficiently and in a single pass. A/B programming is also provided for convenient stripping of both cable ends.
An integrated panel PC with Windows operating system makes it easier for your IT department to connect to internal networks and processes. The user-friendly recipe visualisation gives you a clear picture of the cable to be processed directly in the programme – including various textures and colours.
You can programme different materials, create cables in advance and reference them flexibly in different recipes. The cutter head offset can be adjusted manually to precisely process cables with additional elements such as support rings.

The BERI.CO.AX blade head is based on our Flex head, which has been in use since 2011 and can also be integrated as a module into your own machines.
