Processing Line High-Voltage Cables (HV-Cables)

We offer our machines, devices and tools also as production line for the semi-automatic processing of high-voltage cables.

Each line element gets assembled conveniently and on demand.

The conversion to other cables and the changing of tools (if necessary) can be done quickly, simply and at low cost. Thus it is possible to process a variety of different high-voltage and coaxial cables.

This ultra-flexible production line is ideal for the production of small to medium lines or as a complement for fully-automatic production plants.

In the composition presented here as an example you can see the production of a high-voltage cable with the fitting of a support ring (see figure above).

The function extended AM.ALL.ROUND Standard ----- With 2 separate strength adjustable clamp systems for the stripping of inner conductors from high-voltage cables with mounted support ring or other additional functional elements

Coax shielding cutting device ----- Outer diameter from 0.16” (4,0 mm) up to 0.91” (23,0 mm) ----- Length of shielding up to 15.75” (400,0 mm)

BERI.CO.CLEAN and BERI.CO.CLEAN Solid

Cable cleaning devices ----- Cable-Ø up to approx. 0.75” (19,0 mm) or up to 1.24“ (31,5 mm) ----- Cable length up to approx. 10.63“ (270 mm)

BERI.WRAP.UP

Everting tool for coaxial cables ----- The device allows to widen the mesh of coaxial or high-voltage cables and then to evert it over a support ring
