Electric mobility is driving rapid advances in battery technology – and this is leading to a steady rise not only in demand for increasingly reliable and high-performance cable and connector components, but also in the need for products capable of processing these complex cables with precision and efficiency.
Europe’s leading trade fair for advanced battery and electric vehicle technologies, The Battery Show Europe, will take place this year from 9 to 11 June 2026 in Stuttgart.
We are delighted to present one of our latest developments at this event: the BERI.CO.TAPE. This semi-automatic cable processing machine was designed for processing banded high-voltage cables and developed in close collaboration with Coroflex for the Coroflex ProTect cable.
At the stand of our partner, the Coroplast Group, we will demonstrate live how the combination of Coroflex ProTect and our machine can increase the efficiency and precision of your manufacturing processes.
We cordially invite you to visit us at stand E40 in Hall 1.
We look forward to an exciting discussion with you in Stuttgart!

That was productronica 2025!
We would like to thank all visitors to our booth. We had the opportunity to engage in great conversations and present our product portfolio over the four days.
Our latest development was also on display: the BERI.CO.TAPE.
This machine was developed specifically for removing taped high-voltage cables such as Coroflex ProTect in collaboration with Coroflex. These cables offer great resistance in extreme environments thanks to their additional protection system – ideal for construction sites, agricultural machinery, and other heavy-duty applications.
We brought a lot of inspiration back with us to Münster and are looking forward to the next adventure.

The time has finally come! We would like to present BERI.FINDER to you.

What is the BERI.FINDER?
The BERI.FINDER is a platform that helps you find the right machine for your cable processing needs.
How does BERI.FINDER work?
Simply select a machine category and filter the products according to your individual requirements. On the respective product pages, you will find detailed information about the product as well as additional brochures and video links.
The BERI.FINDER is currently available in German and English. Additional languages are in the works.

productronica Munich: 14.11. – 17.11.2023

We will present our new and further developments in the fields of cable processing, special developments in cable stripping technology, shielding foil and fabric processing as well as sonotrode technology.
You will find us in Hall B4 – Stand 422.
We are pleased to have qualified with our submission for participation in the productronica innovation award 2023.
For our research and development work in the field of “cable processing” we were awarded by the German Stifterverband.
Why use lasers for cable processing?
The mechanical removal of cable insulations, shielding braids, individual strands or wires with the help of stripping knives is subject to mechanical laws and thus limited. The difficulties of mechanical methods are well known, e.g. the damaging of the underlying layer when removing braids or the unclean or faulty stripping of non-circular wires. Another strict requirement applies to the currently prevalent cables with aluminium inner conductors. If the inner conductor is touched mechanically, the cable becomes useless. The limitations of mechanical cutting systems coupled with the increasingly stringent requirements for cable processing and assembly have raised questions about the applicability of laser technologies. But what are the advantages and disadvantages of cable processing using laser radiation?
Why are laser methods rarely employed at present?
The problem with laser technology to date:
Stripping cables and wires is too slow and inefficient with previous laser processes. Thus this technology is rarely used in the industry.
Practical development of high-speed lasers for the cable industry
As of April 1st, 2018, we will be part of the INTERREG-V project with the title “Laser Manufacturing for SMEs”. The project is concerned with the “integration of innovative high-speed processes using laser radiation in production processes of regional SMEs”. For example, high-performance lasers are tried and tested in various applications, including cable processing. As a project partner, our role is to establish the mechanical and optomechanical principles for a successful application in cable processing. We are looking forward to the collaboration with our partners in this exciting project.
