Our semi-automatic solutions for cable processing are specialized in clearly defined tasks: the precise processing of individual cable, insulation, and shielding layers.
Our machine portfolio is therefore best categorized according to the specific layer to be processed. This results in, among others, the following application areas:
- Stripping of silicone and plastic insulations (pneumatic and electrically rotary stripping machines)
- Cutting and processing of copper braids
- Processing and removal of shielding foils
- Removal of outer tape on high-voltage cables
Each insulation and shielding layer has its own material properties and places different demands on the process. Therefore, a tailored processing method is crucial. Only in this way can the cable be processed precisely, controllably, and with minimal risk to underlying layers.
